Professional Ethics

In an educational institution, ethical behavior and conduct are to be followed by all the participants in the teaching – learning- evaluation process. Ethical dimensions of an Educational Institution cannot be ignored and it has a significant impact on society at large. The basic cultures instilled on campus are universal brotherhood, self-confidence development, a broad and open mind to help the poor and needy, empathy for the oppressed and ready-to-help attitudes. Professional ethics is an inevitable standard that should be deeply ingrained in the minds of young students in order to transform them from the heavily contaminated commercial environment to which they are exposed.

Gender Equity

Gender equality involves empowering all students and providing them with the same human rights. It also includes correcting biases students hold about themselves or gender identities other than their own. When gender equality is achieved, all the students will be free to pursue their education without fear of discrimination or harassment because of their gender. True gender equality can be reached when students’ are given equal access and use of resources, equal participation in all activities and safety or freedom from violence.

Human Values

Human values are the virtues that guide us to take into account the human element when we interact with other human beings. Human values are, for example, respect, acceptance, consideration, appreciation, listening, openness, affection, empathy and love towards other human beings.
