The Department of Information Technology, was inaugurated in the year 2002-03. The Information Technology provides students with knowledge of basic and advanced topics in all areas of Information Technology like data communication and networrubang, wireless networks, data structures, theory of computation, java programming, mobile computing and grid computing. The students are given through training on various laboratories to have hands on experience.

Hail to Department of Information Technology our ultimate goal is to provide a platform for students to develop their professional identity. We strive to give quality education in a dynamic perspective our goal is to provide students with a balance of intellectual and practical experiences that enable them to serve a verity of social needs. In our Department students are nurtured to become best software professionals as project manager. System analyzers are team leaders in industry are become entrepreneur in their own innovative way. Thus we are confident that our engineers will emerge as assets not only to this institution and to the organization they belong, but also to the country at large.
